Was a good base for christmas. I greatly enjoyed this quiet hotel, reasonable prices. The room I stayed in was brand-new and complete with tub, a jacuzzi and king bed. The staff was very helpful, decent, and responded promptly to requests. The location was convenient, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Costco Wholesale Warehouse Store. Moreover, it was near several restaurants, Close to airport and the casino and restaurant.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

The location was favourable and easy - not far from Missoula, Montana. The whole stuff was super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating. Truly enjoyed the room with hot tub, my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Enjoyed a nice breakfast spread with good coffee, tea, yogurt, fresh fruit, and delicious hot waffles. The king room was tidy and the bed was super comfy! 😊

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs, even offering a "to go" bag for breakfast when I had to leave early. The rooms were spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I also enjoyed the clean pool and whirlpool, as well as the lovely fountain surrounded by flowers out front. The hotel was conveniently located not far from the highway, making it easy to find.

Nothing could have been better.

The desk clerk was extra courteous and helpful. We had a large family group and were checking into five rooms all at one time. A hectic time, but she did a great job!

The hotel location was perfect for exploring Missoula. The comfortable bed and openable window were great. Laundry facilities were handy. Missoula has great coffee and a fun river rafting trip. Enjoyed Montana thoroughly.

The staff was exceptional and always ready to help. They accommodated our request for a ground floor room due to my daughter's surgery.

The brand-new rooms come with a king bed and jetted tub. They serve good food for both dinner and breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located at a moderate distance from the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the mall and other attractions. The room we stayed in had a comfortable bed and good facilities for charging phones. Additionally, the staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. However, we had previously stayed at a different hotel, which was less expensive and much nicer.

The hotel had very poor quality internet, causing me to miss work deadlines.

The location was good. Easy to find.

The breakfast was a disappointment. A room with 2 queen beds is barely enough room to move around. The yogurt and cream cheese seemed to be at one point frozen or it was old. They didn't have expert ion dates on them. The pillows were small like for a child not a adult. They kept slipping out from our heads while trying to sleep. Could hear each time the person next to us used the shower or restroom.

Room was clean.

The alarm not going off full blast at 12:00 at night. Bathroom was made for really short people. Grip on the shower floor was shoddy and almost slipped multiple times.
